It is what it is and it's really jacked up. May God have mercy on us for becoming what we have become.

Strange Sorrow
It is visible in the video from Libya that Gaddafi was badly injured, but very much alive in the custody of Libyan rebel forces. As it goes for many men like him, in the end, Gaddafi looked pitiful and broken. Gaddafi was a mean, greedy, power drunk, fool who created his own end by creating darkness. That being said, a pitiful, dazed, man bleeding, what was he then? I suppose one could look at it as after all the years and years of power and prestige, he finally reached the level of those whose blood stain his soul. Weak and powerless, dazed and confused, and then the reaper comes to collect the toll, yep, Gaddafi finally reached the level of his victims, but that is where the story is supposed to be different. Justice, fairness, equality, and freedom are the examples the Libyan rebels strive for correct? What does a summary execution symbolize? It is a symbol of revenge more than anything, it always has been before the times of Troy. There will surely be millions cellebrating in these coming days, it can only be hoped that at some point everyone looks at a picture of a dying Gaddafi and is able to feel sorry for him. Only then, will we be able to be better for coming generations. Whether he bled out or not, it would have been nice to see him stand trial here on earth; that would have been the ultimate example of the rebels being a good example to the rest of the world. May the Authoriites in the Heavens have great mercy on the people of Libya, for they have done that which seemed impossible to do. They sent their ruthless leader to the ultimate judgement, and now only his ghost can trouble them on earth. May they create a world that is far better than the world Gaddafi created.
